Hardees Breakfast Manager - Farmville

Restaurant Breakfast Manager Boddie‑Noell Enterprises, Inc. is the largest franchisee of Hardee’s restaurants in the United States. We are seeking an energetic, customer‑focused manager to lead our breakfast team during the morning shift. Responsibilities Supervise the breakfast shift, ensuring service, food quality, and cleanliness meet company standards. Maintain and clean all breakfast equipment—including ovens, flat grills, and the biscuit station—before and after the shift. Coach and develop crew members; conduct team meetings to discuss operations, promotions, safety, and training. Control inventory and food cost variance; assist with inventory counts for breakfast items. Maintain accurate records and reports, complying with state and federal regulations. Manage cash handling procedures and ensure compliance with cash policies. Schedule adequate staff levels to accommodate guest flow and manage labor costs per company standards. Assist with hiring, interviewing, and onboarding new crew members. Assist with lunch shift duties if business needs require. Represent the company professionally at all times and uphold BNE’s Vision and Values. Perform additional duties as directed by management. Qualifications Minimum age of 18 years. At least one year of shift management experience in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment. Ability to lead, train, and develop successful talent. Valid driver’s license. Successful background check and drug screen. Physical ability to perform the demands of the role (standing, lifting, and moving equipment).
