Digital Application and Adoption Specialist

Overview:The Digital Application and Adoption Specialist serves as the bridge between business users and digital solution delivery. This role is responsible for ensuring employees can effectively discover, adopt, and maximize the value of digital tools, platforms, and information resources. This hybrid position would require in-person work at one of these locations - Florence, KY; Auburn Hills, MI; Wilmington, DE; or Irving, TXResponsibilities:Digital Enablement and User ManagementPartner with business teams to identify opportunities for digital solutions and process improvementsGather, document, and prioritize business requirements for new digital initiatives and enhancementsMaintain and manage a portfolio of digital improvement opportunities and enhancement requestsConduct voice of customer assessments to understand user needs, challenges, and adoption barriersAct as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical solutions teamsChange Management and AdoptionDevelop and execute user adoption strategies for digital tools and platformsCreate training materials, user guides, documentation, and learning resourcesDeliver training sessions, workshops, and onboarding supportMeasure and report adoption, engagement, and business value metricsIdentify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to increase solution utilizationCommunity Development and Citizen DevelopmentBuild and sustain communities of practice around digital tools and capabilitiesPromote self-service and citizen development capabilitiesProvide coaching, governance, and best practices for citizen developersFoster knowledge sharing and collaboration across business functions and regionsSupport governance processes for digital solutions, content management, and user support modelsMonitor metrics and user feedback to guide future enhancementsQualifications:Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:Required:Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, PowerBI)Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skillsExperience developing training materials and facilitating user adoptionExperience working with collaboration and content management platformsExperience in gathering business requirements and translating user needs into actionable solutionsExperience supporting business applications, digital transformation, change management or knowledge management initiativesPreferred:Materials science understanding especially around polymer propertiesExperience managing knowledge repositories, document libraries, and collaboration environmentsExperience supporting citizen developmentFamiliarity with agile methodologies, backlog management, and product ownership conceptsExperience measuring and reporting adoption metricsRequired Years and Education:Bachelor or Master in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field3-5 years of experience in managing and developing tools within the Microsoft 365 platform (SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, PowerBI)Job SummaryCity: FlorenceState/Province: Kentucky
