Pharmacy Technician

Pharmacy TechnicianImmediate need for a talented Pharmacy Technician. This is a 06+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in US (Remote). Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).Key Responsibilities:Conduct outbound member calls with a target of a minimum of 15 calls per hour.Encourage members to refill their medications and assist with any inquiries.Handle faxes, provider calls, and pharmacy communications as needed.Complete daily work assignments and submit reports on time.Key Requirements and Technology Experience:1 to 2 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician.State Pharmacy Technician License (GA) and PTCB Certification.Strong customer service skills.Basic computer skills.Nice to have: Experience in a health plan environment.Our client is a leading Healthcare Industry and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
