Hybrid Schedule: • Three days per week in office
Billable Structure: Crowell operates one of the more interesting compensation systems in BigLaw.
Attorneys can choose their preferred billable target and corresponding compensation structure.
2,000 Hour Track: Starting compensation generally begins around $215,000+
1,900 Hour Track: Starting compensation generally begins around $195,000+
Attorneys may choose lower billable expectations with proportionate salary adjustments.

HEALTH CARE LITIGATION ASSOCIATE
Locations: Los Angeles, Orange County, San Francisco, New York, Washington, D.C., Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Minneapolis
Level: 4-7 Years Compensation: $290,000-$355,000
OVERVIEW
This appears to be a strategic expansion of Crowell's healthcare litigation practice across multiple offices. Despite the title, healthcare experience is preferred rather than required.
The firm appears open to strong commercial litigators who are interested in developing healthcare expertise.
MATTERS INCLUDE
Healthcare litigation • Class actions • Commercial disputes • Arbitrations • Regulatory-related litigation
IDEAL CANDIDATE
4-7 years litigation experience • Motion practice • Discovery management • Legal research • Strong writing skills
HEALTHCARE EXPERIENCE Preferred but NOT required. This significantly expands the candidate pool and creates opportunities to recruit from:
