Junior Account Executive - Entry Level

We're a fast-growing event marketing agency specializing in experiential marketing, brand activations, promotional events, trade shows, and live event production for nationally recognized brands.

We're seeking an enthusiastic Junior Account Executive to join our team. This entry-level, client-facing role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in event marketing, account management, brand promotions, or experiential marketing. You'll gain hands-on experience supporting client campaigns while working alongside experienced marketing professionals at exciting live events.

What You'll Do

• Assist with the setup, execution, and breakdown of live events, brand activations, promotional campaigns, and trade shows.
• Represent client brands professionally while engaging with event attendees and creating positive brand experiences.
• Support on-site event operations, including promotional materials, product displays, staffing support, and event execution.
• Help ensure events run smoothly by monitoring event flow and resolving on-site challenges.
• Work alongside clients and team members to deliver successful experiential marketing campaigns.
• Travel to event locations and work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
• Track event performance, collect attendee feedback, and assist with post-event reporting and campaign analysis.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism while delivering exceptional customer and client experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience (internships, campus leadership, or event experience are encouraged).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Comfortable working on-site at live events and interacting with diverse audiences.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn and grow.
