Your Role: Bdc Sales Associate

As a BDC (Business Development Center) Sales Associate, youll be the first point of contact for many of our customers. Youll help guide them through the early stages of their car-buying journeyanswering questions, setting appointments, and making sure they feel valued from the very first interaction.

What Youll Do:

• Respond to online and phone inquiries with professionalism and warmth

• Proactively reach out to potential customers to schedule appointments

• Qualify leads and match customers with the right sales team member

• Keep detailed records of customer interactions and follow-ups

• Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless experience

What Youll Bring
