This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, fixing problems, and keeping production moving. You’ll work closely with plant leadership and machine operators to maintain, repair, and improve our equipment and operations.If you take pride in your work, value safety, and like troubleshooting, this could be a great fit.Job Description:Perform preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production machineryTroubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical systemsAssist machine operators during equipment startup and production issuesDiagnose problems quickly to minimize downtimePerform equipment installations, adjustments, and calibrationsUse hand tools, welders (stick required), cutting torch, and grinders to make repairs and fabricate partsTrain and assist coworkers with routine maintenance tasksWork with the Plant Manager and General Manager to improve reliability, safety, and efficiencyHelp maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environmentPerform other maintenance-related duties as neededRequirements:High School diploma or equivalentStrong mechanical troubleshooting skillsExperience with mechanical repairs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic electrical systemsStick welding experience required (MIG/TIG a plus)Ability to work safely and follow all environmental, health, and safety standardsAble to work independently or as part of a teamReliable, motivated, and punctualComfortable with a flexible schedule, including overtime and Saturdays when neededAble to communicate and follow instructions in English as required by safety and job performance standardPay & Benefits:$29 – $32 per hour, based on experiencePaid vacation and paid holidaysMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) retirement planWhy Work With JENNMAR Services?At JENNMAR Services, our employees are our most important asset.
