Typical project sizes up to $40M Work is exclusively local to the KC area What You Will Do Lead multiple projects from preconstruction through closeout Support estimating and negotiated pursuits Coordinate directly with superintendents, owners, and trade partners Mentor and develop Project Engineers and junior staff Step in where needed in a growing, lean operation Help shape project execution, team development, and future growth Ideal Candidate 5+ years project management experience in a GC environment Experience managing multiple projects concurrently Comfortable supporting estimating and pursuit efforts Desire to mentor and lead junior staff Strong communicator with sound judgment and accountability Who Thrives in This Environment PMs who enjoy ownership and autonomy Leaders who like building teams, not just running schedules Professionals who prefer a smaller, high-trust culture Those motivated by growth and long-term leadership opportunity Individuals who adapt well in lean, fast-moving organizations Interested?
