We are seeking an experienced and dependable  Working Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader who can supervise crews, coordinate daily field operations, maintain quality and safety standards, and work alongside the team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily work activities and field crews.
• Work hands-on with the crew while providing direction and leadership.
• Read and interpret plans, drawings, and project specifications.
• Assign tasks and ensure work is completed correctly and efficiently.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, deliveries, and subcontractors as needed.
• Monitor job progress and communicate updates to project management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work site.
• Enforce company safety policies and OSHA requirements.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
• Train and mentor crew members as needed.
• Identify and resolve field issues quickly and effectively.
• Maintain accurate daily reports, time records, and project documentation.
• Communicate with clients

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in a foreman or lead construction position.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, tools, and equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints, plans, and specifications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and safety conscious.
• Valid driver’s license
• OSHA or other relevant certifications are a plus.
