Nurse Case Manager (RN) – Hybrid | Canton, MI Role Overview MICare Management is seeking a compassionate and driven Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager to join our growing team. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Canton, MI, offering flexibility for remote work. In this role, you will guide patients through the healthcare system, proactively address potential medical concerns, and coordinate personalized care plans for individuals with chronic and complex conditions. You’ll play a critical role in improving outcomes while building meaningful patient relationships.
