The Creative Director has experience leading in concept and managing a team of Art Directors and Copywriters. Location: Stamford, CT Schedule: Hybrid (2-3 days in office) Hours: 40 per week (eligible for benefits) Duration: Ongoing contract with potential for full-time Type: W2 contract Rate: $65-70/hr Core Responsibilities Lead creative direction across campaigns, product launches, digital, social, retail, e-commerce, packaging, PR, and influencer programs. Manage and mentor designers, art directors, content creators, and copywriters. Maintain cohesive brand standards while delivering strong creative work tied to business priorities. Partner with cross-functional marketing, commerce, retail, product, and agency teams. Core Requirements 10+ years of creative experience, including leadership of multidisciplinary teams. Portfolio demonstrating integrated campaigns and brand-building work. Experience with beauty, personal care, or lifestyle brands.
