Real Estate Associate — Tampa, Florida An established, high-performing legal team is seeking a Real Estate Associate with 2–5 years of substantive experience in commercial and complex real estate transactions. This role is ideal for an attorney who thrives on high-level deal work and enjoys collaborating closely with sophisticated market participants. In this position, you’ll handle a diverse range of matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, development projects, and investment structures. You’ll work directly with lenders, developers, investors, servicers, financial institutions, asset managers, and ownership groups—gaining exposure to intricate transactions that require precision, judgment, and commercial awareness. The Ideal Candidate Brings Strong experience in commercial real estate transactions or financings JD in law from a respected law school Excellent writing skills and academic credentials The ability to manage client matters independently while contributing meaningfully to a collaborative, on-site team Admission to the Florida Bar, or a genuine interest in relocating to Tampa to build a long-term practice Prior non‑legal business experience in the commercial real estate sector (a plus) Compensation is competitive, with an expected range of $160,000–$180,000, commensurate with experience.
