Title: Route Service Representative (4-Day Workweek) Location: Vandalia, OH, 45377 Requisition Number: 228807 Job Description Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. It is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position in which our partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products. Ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns. Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services. Negotiating service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely. Comply with driving and vehicle regulations. Skills / Qualifications Required Active driver's license. At least 21 years of age. DOT medical certification. Documentation regarding previous employment. Must meet DOT requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.; compliance prior to employment. Additional qualifications Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position. High School diploma, GED or Military Service. Strong customer service orientation. Self-motivation and drive to work in a team-based environment. Positive attitude, ambition, organization and service spirit.
