Responsibilities

• Run a profitable restaurant and maintain McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Work with the leader to set the restaurant’s goals and build a plan to achieve those goals.
• Lead a team of Department Managers with specific responsibilities in the restaurant.
• Help Department Managers set their own goals, follow up on their progress, and provide mentoring and direction to improve departments and the restaurant overall.
• Hire, train, and develop Department and Shift Managers to ensure the restaurant has the right team for the future.
