Responsibilities Run a profitable restaurant and maintain McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Work with the leader to set the restaurant’s goals and build a plan to achieve those goals. Lead a team of Department Managers with specific responsibilities in the restaurant. Help Department Managers set their own goals, follow up on their progress, and provide mentoring and direction to improve departments and the restaurant overall. Hire, train, and develop Department and Shift Managers to ensure the restaurant has the right team for the future.
