Spanish Language AI Training Specialist

Key Responsibilities
Train AI models by annotating and labeling data effectively.
Review and validate AI-generated content to ensure linguistic accuracy and contextual relevance.
Provide domain expertise to enhance AI model performance across various projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in AI training processes.
Ensure high-quality data is available for machine learning applications by maintaining rigorous quality assurance practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Fluency in Spanish (native or near-native proficiency).
Strong understanding of language nuances and cultural context related to the Spanish-speaking population.
Experience in data annotation or similar roles in AI training.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with machine learning or AI technologies.
Familiarity with data annotation tools and software.
Background in linguistics, language studies, or a related field.
