The role requires extensive interactions with customers via written and verbal communications.ResponsibilitiesWorking with Clients on a daily basis to obtain business and technical specifications to help implement next generation software solutionsWorking in small project teams on established activities or as a part of larger projectsParticipating in the configuration, enhancement, and testing phases associated with software development and implementationEnsuring successful completion of personal and team deliverablesWorking closely with our software engineering teams to integrate release software into Client environmentsProviding guidance and mentoring for less experienced consultantsParticipating in company building exercises, such as recruiting or delivery of internal training coursesAnd other duties as assignedRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or related disciplines that have an analytical componentMust be willing to travel up to 50% during the weekDemonstrated technical prowess including solving complex problems, programming skills (SQL, C++/C#, Java, VB and/or other computer programming languages), and familiarity/understanding of systems architectureDemonstrated leadership skills such as managing project schedules and fostering team collaborationAspiration or work experience in the oil and gas industryAspiration or work experience in developing and implementing solutions for Client needsEntrepreneurial skills, including motivation to take on more responsibilityInterest to help grow and develop Client relationships through direct and meaningful interactionPreferred SkillsRelated work experience is strongly preferredAdditional DetailsBackground Check: The successful candidate will need to successfully complete the following clearances: Criminal History Check, Education Verification, Employment Verification, Driver’s License Verification and passport/ID validation.Visa Sponsorship: Employment eligibility to work with Quorum Software in the United States is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for this position.
