At Gateway Regional Medical Center, we're looking for an experienced RN ready to step into a house-wide leadership role. As House Supervisor, you'll be the clinical decision-maker across departments during your shift - directing nursing operations, mentoring staff, and ensuring every patient receives safe, coordinated, high-quality care.

This is a role for a nurse who thrives on autonomy, problem-solving, and being the person others turn to when it matters most.

What You'll Do

Oversee and coordinate nursing care across the facility, applying the full nursing process - assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation
Serve as the go-to clinical leader for staff across departments, troubleshooting in real time
Partner with physicians, department leads, and care teams to keep patient outcomes on track
Step in to guide complex or escalating situations with confidence and sound judgment

What You Bring

Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Current Illinois RN license
Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (AHA or American Red Cross)
2-3 years of hospital experience
Strong communicator who works well across disciplines
Resilience, stamina, and a calm presence under pressure
