Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Background:

• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
• Experience working in school-based or pediatric settings
• Solid understanding of best practices in assessment and intervention for speech, language, and communication disorders
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate seamlessly with educators, families, and school staff
• Ability to adapt communication style to meet diverse student needs
• ASHA certification required

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough speech and language evaluations for students referred for assessment
• Develop and implement individualized education plan (IEP) goals in alignment with school and state guidelines
• Provide direct therapy for students with a variety of speech and language disorders
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and family members to support student progress
• Maintain documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and district policies
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide expertise to multi-disciplinary teams
• Offer consultation and training to school staff as needed
