Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of Italian dishes, with a focus on pizza and oven specialties.
• Ensure all food is prepared according to our high standards of quality and presentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, adhering to food safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service during peak hours.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
• Participate in menu development and contribute innovative ideas for new dishes.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff on cooking techniques and best practices.
• Assist in maintaining kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues promptly.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a line cook, preferably in an Italian restaurant setting.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
