Neurologic Music Therapist-PRN

We provide treatment for traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, CVAs, and other neuro or complex ortho diagnoses in the most functional setting there is - a person's own home and community.

We are looking for an experienced Music Therapist who wants to provide truly patient-centered care in Houston, TX, and surrounding areas - with PRN positions that accept patients for the duration of their stay available. Our interdisciplinary teams create integrated treatment plans that are practiced in patients' homes and communities. Our therapists are creative in their approach and incorporate a variety of activities to ignite interest while addressing functional goals. This evidence-based approach results in durable outcomes.

Areas of responsibility include but are not limited to:

• The Music Therapist will plan music therapy programs and use music therapy as part of patients' rehabilitation process or therapeutic treatment plans

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Music or Music Therapy required; Master's degree preferred
• Three years of related experience required
