Before becoming an agent, I spent 15 years with State Farm working in the compliance and fraud unit and held management roles, which gave me a strong foundation in leadership and the insurance industry. I'm also a licensed attorney and attended law school at the University of Tulsa. Outside of the office, I enjoy playing tennis and spending time with my family - many of whom are also involved in the business. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance. Qualifications: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
