Data Engineer 1 - Internal Only

Your job The Data Engineer’s role is to help build and evolve the Staffing solutions' Analytics Platform. You will contribute to the ingestion, transformation, and modelling of data coming from multiple operational systems, helping ensure that data remains coherent, scalable, cost-effective, and easy to consume across the business. This is an involved engineering role focused on building reliable data products and pipelines end-to-end. You will work closely with analytics engineers, software engineers, and business partners to design and maintain datasets that support reporting and operational decision-making. Who you are Designing and implementing data pipelines (ETLs) to integrate data from a variety of sources into the Indeed Data Warehouse Designing and implementing data model changes, working cross-functionally with product and data teams Providing documentation, training, and guidance for data warehouse users Participating in on-call rotation supporting critical business data pipelines Who we are Requires a minimum of 4 years of related experience; or Bachelor's degree. Experience with big data and streaming technologies (Snowflake, Redshift, Hive, Kafka, Spark, Flink, or similar technologies) Exposure to workflow orchestration and pipeline tools such as Airflow Coding experience Interest in working with data and learning new skills and technologies Salary Range Transparency Tier 2 - United States of America 92,000 - 138,000 USD per year EEO and Accommodations Inclusion and belonging are fundamental to our hiring practices and company culture, forming an integral part of our vision for a better world of work.
