Maintenance Planner

Maintenance Planner McCordsville, IN Permanent $75,000 - $83,000 per annum TXM are recruiting on behalf of a leading Automation and intralogistics provider, to join a distribution facility in the McCordsville, IN area. As a Maintenance Planner, you will oversee the planning and scheduling of all corrective and preventative maintenance work to ensure that the fast‑paced distribution facility is always running at peak capacity as well as implementing the long term maintenance strategy. Maintain and format excel spreadsheet and generate reports of daily weekly and monthly workflow results, parts usage and system performance. Utilizing system Analytics, and SCADA Plan, schedule and track corrective and preventive maintenance activities by task and priority level Review stock of spare parts with demand in the maintenance department Manage work orders, documentation, and assets within the CMMS Coordinate and support plant‑wide shutdowns as necessary. Perform other duties as assigned Your Experience Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, Minimum 1-2 years in Industrial Maintenance Ability to work in a self‑directed manner and provide direction to others Ability to recognize opportunities for process improvements and assist with implementing them Strong Computer skills especially need to have Advanced Proficiency with MS office Excel and Access and knowledge of various CMMS software Our customer is an equal opportunity employer.
