Kasia Jewelry is seeking an exceptional Showroom Coordinator to become an integral part of our growing team.

This is a multifaceted role at the center of the brand, connecting our clients, showroom, daily operations, production, marketing and the creative world of Kasia Jewelry.

You will help own the daily rhythm of our La Jolla showroom and the client journey from beginning to end. We are looking for someone who naturally anticipates what is needed, takes ownership, follows through and understands that the smallest details shape the larger client and brand experience.

Showroom & Client Experience

• Oversee the day-to-day organization and flow of the showroom, ensuring it is always polished, prepared and operating seamlessly.
• Manage client communication across email, phone, social channels and in person with warmth, accuracy and professionalism.
• Coordinate client pickups, drop-offs, repairs, resizing and aftercare.
• Prepare jewelry and the showroom for client appointments.
• Maintain accurate client information, notes, follow-ups and showroom records.
• Help resolve client needs from beginning to end, knowing when something requires escalation.
• Recognize potential sales opportunities within everyday client interactions and ensure they are thoughtfully captured and followed through.
• Support showroom events, open houses, launches and special brand initiatives.

Operations

• Coordinate shipping and fulfillment, serving as an important link between clients and production.
• Maintain the systems, processes and digital tools that support showroom operations and the client journey.
• Follow projects and operational needs through to completion, ensuring details are accurate and nothing is left unresolved.
• Anticipate upcoming needs and deadlines and plan accordingly.
• Identify inefficiencies, potential issues and opportunities for improvement, bringing forward solutions rather than simply identifying problems.
• Help develop and refine processes as the showroom and company continue to grow.

Content, Marketing & Brand

Content creation is an important part of this position.

• Capture compelling photo and video content from the showroom, jewelry, appointments, new arrivals, launches and behind-the-scenes moments.
• Proactively recognize content opportunities rather than relying solely on assigned content.
• Contribute to social media, Pinterest, email marketing, website updates, launches and promotional campaigns.
• Ensure client-facing marketing is accurate and polished, including messaging, imagery, links, products, dates and promotional details.
• Help review campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and conversion.
• Maintain a strong understanding of Kasia Jewelry's visual identity, voice and overall brand experience.
