Salary Range $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 Base+Commission/year Category Service

As the main point of contact between customers and the Service Department, you take pride in creating a smooth, positive experiencelistening carefully, explaining recommendations clearly, and ensuring every customer feels confident and well cared for. Service Advisor Job Responsibilities

• Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
• Drive the sale of technicians' time to meet the department's sales forecast
• Prioritize required services and be prepared to provide options upon request
• Keep customers informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes
• Ensure customer has a positive dealership experience

Schedule: Monday Saturday, 7 AM 7 PM.

Service Advisor Qualifications

• 1-3 years of automotive service advising experience
• Experience in CDK is preferred
• A strong work ethic and good work history
• Communication Skills

Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
