Property & Casualty Claims Process Analyst

Kforce has a client in Phoenix, AZ that is seeking a Property & Casualty Claims Process Analyst. Duties include:
- Support claims business processes by developing and monitoring performance metrics
- Leading and lagging indicators, conducting hypothesis testing, establishing reports, and monitoring and alerting
- Identifying, establishing, building, monitoring, and reporting on key metrics
- Business performance analysis and communication
- Provide support in identifying opportunities, resolving gaps, and solutioning business process opportunities
- Strong experience in organizing, synthesizing, creating, and analyzing reports using data from various sources in order to obtain insights, understand trends, identify root causes, and monitor and measure performance
- Team-oriented and self-motivated candidate who has data experience in insurance, claims, and/or financial services
- Experience with Tableau; Excel; Microsoft Office
