This is a full‑time in-office sales role with access to Brightway's national carrier network, agency support infrastructure, and uncapped earning potential. What You'll Do Sell personal lines insurance products (auto, home, life) to new and existing customers Manage your pipeline and follow up with inbound leads provided by the agency Consult with customers to identify the right coverage for their needs Meet or exceed monthly sales targets in a performance-driven environment What We're Looking For Active P&C insurance license required Strong communication skills and a consultative approach to selling Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently Why Brightway?
