Class A CDL Driver

Job Description

We are currently seeking experienced Class A CDL Drivers for a direct hire opportunity based in Macedonia, OH. This position offers a great commuting location for candidates throughout the surrounding areas and provides long-term career stability with a well-established transportation operation.

Position Overview

FedEx hauling position
Transporting small packages
Routes up to 180 miles away

Position Requirements

Valid Class A CDL
Minimum of:
- 1 year of tractor trailer experience within the last 3 years
  OR
- 5 years of tractor trailer experience within the last 10 years
Doubles and triples endorsements required for FedEx routes
Strong understanding of basic trucking maintenance, tools, parts, and roadside troubleshooting
Candidates must be comfortable completing maintenance/troubleshooting assessments during the interview process

Preferred Qualifications

Hazmat endorsement is appreciated but not required

Important Background Requirements

Candidates will be disqualified if they have:

- Failed or refused a drug screening through FedEx or any FirstAdvantage system
- Any felony convictions
Applicants must understand and be aware of any CDL licensing restrictions
