Travel Physical Therapist | Piedmont, Oklahoma

This role will have you working collaboratively within an established PT/OT/ST team, allowing you to gain invaluable exposure to both inpatient and outpatient therapy practices. You'll treat a diverse patient population presenting with neurological, orthopedic diagnoses, and potentially wound care, expanding your repertoire of clinical experiences. Schedule:

• Five 8-hour day shifts weekly (36 guaranteed hours)
• 4 days of 9-10 hour shifts may be arranged if needed
• Call requirements as needed

Qualifications:

• Active license as a Physical Therapist
• At least 1 year of relevant experience required
• Comfortable treating both inpatient and outpatient populations, including neuro, ortho, and wound care diagnoses
• Willingness to float between departments if required
• Experience with EPIC EMR preferred

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations in both inpatient and outpatient settings
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Communicate effectively within the therapy team and with patients
• Maintain accurate documentation
