• Licensing/Certifications: Active CA license, DEA, required immunizations, CA Controlled Substance Education Course (for PAs), Furnishing License (for NPs)
• Experience: 3+ years in a similar setting, experience with chronic pain management preferred

What You ll Do

• Provide primary care services to pediatric and adult patients
• Manage chronic pain and acute conditions
• Perform chart closures within 72 hours
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to deliver quality care
• Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently
• Follow clinic protocols and maintain compliance
• Support team efforts in patient education and follow-up care

What You Need

Required:

• Valid California Medical License for PA or Nurse Practitioner License
• Active DEA registration
• CA Controlled Substance Education Course Certificate (for PAs)
• Furnishing License with Schedules II (for NPs)
• Minimum 3 years experience in a clinical setting
• Immunizations: Flu Vaccine, TB test/X-Ray, MMR, Hep B, Varicella, Tdap (current as needed)

Preferred:

• Experience with chronic pain management
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
