Legal Administrative Assistant - Regulatory & Health Law

Our client, a respected law firm, is seeking a detail-oriented Legal Administrative Assistant to support attorneys in its Regulatory & Health Law practice. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively manage multiple priorities while providing exceptional administrative and client support.

Responsibilities

• Manage attorney calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and expenses.
• Prepare, edit, proofread, and format legal documents and correspondence.
• Maintain client files and assist with new matter intake, conflict checks, and engagement agreements.
• Review and process attorney time entries, billing, and invoices.
• Provide docketing and calendaring support, including tracking court deadlines.
• Electronically file documents in state, federal, and appellate courts.
• Monitor attorney memberships, CLE reporting, and license renewals.
• Deliver responsive support to attorneys, clients, and staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of legal assistant experience preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
• Excellent organizational, proofreading, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience with iManage, InTapp, and iTimekeep is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $48,000 - $91,000 annually , depending on experience and qualifications.

Benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, paid parental leave, life and disability insurance, and additional voluntary benefits.
