Job Status: Hourly

Shift: Night

Compensation: $47.85 - $67.04 per hour

Qualifications
  • Required:
    • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
    • Bachelor’s degree in nursing
  • Preferred:
    • Strong verbal communication, interpersonal, and writing abilities
Certifications and Licenses
  • Active New Jersey RN License or Multistate RN License with NJ Endorsement
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association
  • ACLS certification to be obtained within six months of hire
  • Completion of 8 hours of continuing education in cerebrovascular disease annually
Scheduling Requirements

Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Weekend shifts are required every other week, with weekday schedules varying based on departmental needs. This is a part-time position.

Essential Functions

The Professional Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care in collaboration with the medical team, adhering to the New Jersey State Nurse Practice Act. This role involves implementing the hospital's mission and objectives through established policies and performance improvement initiatives. The nurse will provide individualized, age-appropriate care to patients within a designated unit, utilizing principles of growth and development to assess and address each patient's specific needs.
