This position will require communication and reporting to employees, managers, and the business on goals, objectives, progress and roadblocks. It will also require training and implementing process improvements, setting standards, performance evaluations, assigning assignments, providing feedback and following through with employees, while ensuring employees have the tools to perform their assignments. This position will require the ability to be organized, multitask, enforcement, and have outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Essential Functions

- Supervise the day-to-day operations and workflow.

- High School diploma/GED
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft products.
- Knowledge/Experience with MS Dynamics is a plus.
- Ability to move product to different locations digitally and physically.
- Inventory control / Cycle Count experience.
- Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods at a time.
- Ability to lift approximately 75lbs and/or utilize proper equipment (hand truck, carts, additional people) to move heavy items.
- Navigate change well including but not limited to leading different teams in the warehouse.
- Participate with and lead people.
- Follow and enforce rules fair and equally.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask.
