Your responsibilities will include: Conducting in-home and virtual consultations with pre-qualified leads. Educating homeowners on the financial and environmental benefits of solar energy. Customizing solar energy systems to meet the unique needs of each customer. Guiding customers through the sales process and financing options. Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets. What We're Looking For: Proven experience in a sales role; solar sales experience is a plus, but not required. A self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a passion for sales. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. The ability to build rapport and trust with customers. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
