ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Join a growing State Farm independent contractor agency as a Licensed Property & Casualty (P&C) Sales Professional . Were looking for a driven, customer-focused agent team member who enjoys building relationships and helping clients find the right coverage.

As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Sheila Sanchez - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

This role is with a State Farm independent contractor agent (not State Farm Insurance Companies). Agent team members are not employees of State Farm and must meet applicable licensing/training requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prospect and engage with customers/leads to identify insurance needs
• Quote, explain, and recommend Property & Casualty coverage options
• Convert conversations into new policies and updated coverage
• Build customer relationships and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate documentation in agency systems
• Participate in training to improve sales performance and product knowledge
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license (required)
• Strong communication skills and a professional customer service mindset
• Coachable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• Detailed
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to successfully complete any required licensing/training

Preferred (to qualify for higher pay):
Active Life & Health license (if you have it, your starting hourly rate can increase)
