Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and individualized nursing care to Medical-Surgical patients
• Collaborate with physicians in developing patient care plans
• Monitor patient conditions, interpret data, and respond to changes swiftly
• Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and recovery instructions
• Administer treatments, wound care, and medication accurately
• Maintain complete and accurate electronic health records
• Ensure compliance with facility protocols, safety policies, and infection control standards
