Position Summary:

Lead supply chain and IT projects by gathering and documenting business requirements, process flows, use cases, functional specifications, and data mapping documents. They will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and project teams to ensure solutions meet business needs, support application enhancements, and drive process improvements. Acting as a functional subject matter expert, they will help evaluate new project requests, contribute to business cases and ROI analysis, support testing efforts, oversee system changes and integrations, provide production support for completed projects, and manage multiple large-scale initiatives simultaneously while ensuring proper documentation and alignment across teams.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Supply Chain or relevant field of study is preferred.

Work Experiences:

• 2+ years of Business analysis experience including System design, Solution and system analysis is required.
• Experience in Supply Chain Systems like Manhattan WM (Active), TMS (OTM), YMS(PINC) is preferred.
• Experience in interface mapping is preferred.
• Expertise in JSON, API, EDI is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in solutions Delivery in development of schedules, delivery of application enhancements, and scope management and ensuring proper escalation management as required.
• Participate and contribute to Solution Review Board sessions or other approval processes as required by Academy project governance.
• Participate and contribute to creating ROI and business case documents related to project requests.
• Lead discussions with project and business teams to understand and document current state and desired process flows, use cases, and mockups.
• Lead discussions with project and business teams to understand and document business requirements, making recommendations in their domain / application related areas.
• Create and obtain approval for Business Requirements, Functional Specifications, and Data Mapping Documents
• Provide recommendations to business process changes internally within IT & to business partners.
• Understands cross functional impacts to applications and integrations within their domain while creating applicable deliverables.
• Lead discussions and ensure understanding of functional changes to the IT design, development & testing teams.
• Serve as Functional expert in documenting use cases and reviewing test case scenarios outlined by SQA including traceability Matrix.
• Continue serving as lead and SME for all completed projects, enhancements, business continuity work, and level 4 support.
• Recommend process improvements and provide feedback pertaining to standard artifact templates and business processes.
• Document and maintain business & IT process flow repositories.
• Able to execute above responsibilities for multiple large to enterprise sized projects simultaneously.
