Key Responsibilities

• Execute and implement plans of care as developed by the supervising Physical Therapist, ensuring treatment aligns with the patient's specific needs.
• Perform a variety of therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and utilize appropriate modalities as needed to aid in patient recovery.
• Monitor patients' reactions to treatment and assess their progress, providing real-time feedback and suggesting modifications to treatment plans as necessary.
• Maintain accurate documentation by completing patient care and billing records, ensuring all information is approved and signed off by the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Act as a key liaison between patients and physical therapists, ensuring clear communication regarding patient concerns, treatment progress, and overall health goals.
• Assist in educating patients and their families on physical therapy procedures, equipment usage, and home exercise programs to enhance their treatment outcomes.
• Fulfill various other assignments as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist or facility management.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Compensation and Benefits
