Store Operations Help ensure the store consistently reflects Johnston & Murphy's premium brand by maintaining visual merchandising standards, creating an inviting shopping environment, and supporting efficient day-to-day operations that enhance both the customer experience and business goals. Business Performance Support the success of the store by using sales insights and performance metrics to identify opportunities, improve productivity, and contribute to an exceptional customer experience. What You Bring (Requirements) Prior management experience in a retail environment preferred. Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
