Physical Therapist

Location: Sioux City, IA
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: $60,000–$89,000 annually (DOE)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care with a focus on occupational health, industrial rehabilitation, and work-related injuries . Candidates with 2+ years of experience are preferred , while new graduates are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients using evidence-based physical therapy interventions.
• Treat work-related injuries and support safe return-to-work programs.
• Provide functional rehabilitation and ergonomic guidance.
• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, employers, and healthcare professionals.
• Apply independent clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Maintain accurate electronic documentation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited DPT, MPT, or MSPT program .
• Eligible for state licensure; Iowa PT license preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
• Computer proficiency for electronic documentation.
