If you are looking for a FUN and AWESOME place to work, then look no more. Aqua Tots Swim Schools Novi is looking for a Guest Service Manager. Must be able to multitask, be extremely organized, manage a team, and work in a fast-paced environment.Looking to fill position ASAP. Hiring process can take less than 1 week!!Salary:$40,000+ per year Based on ExperienceWe offer:Flexible set schedulesWeekly payBonuses - monthly, quarterly, and yearlyWeekend mealsBenefits PackageGrowth OpportunitiesRequirements:Availability to work full timeAvailability to work one weekend shift from 8:30am-3pm (Sunday required)Ability to manage and lead a teamWork alongside General Manager and Aquatics Manager to provide a positive work environmentMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaAbility to process orders and order supplies as needed2 years management experienceBuilding relationships with staff and customersMust be able to accommodate 40 hrs per week. Schedule requires 4 weekdays (Monday-Friday) of a work schedule that can range from 9:30am-8pm and we require 1 weekend day (Sunday required) with a shift from 8:30am-3:00pm.Duties:SchedulingTrainingStaffingPayrollOrdering suppliesSalesCustomer serviceManaging and leading a teamPosition is salaried based on experience.
