Senior Manager, Analytical AI Clinical Development

Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end machine learning pipelines addressing clinical trial challenges
- Automate workflows processing complex clinical datasets including protocols, real-world evidence, recruitment data
- Partner with IT, medical, biostatistics teams to develop AI solutions aligned with business priorities
- Oversee AI product lifecycle from ideation through deployment, monitoring, and impact measurement
- Evaluate emerging AI trends and integrate techniques like NLP and predictive analytics into clinical workflows
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in data science, computer science, mathematics, or related quantitative field
- Minimum 3 years developing and deploying machine learning pipelines in production
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and common ML frameworks like TensorFlow or scikit-learn
- Strong statistical methods foundation with experience in supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning
- Familiarity with CI/CD workflows, Git version control, and MLOps in cloud environments
- Excellent communication skills translating technical insights for non-technical stakeholders
- Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities
Compensation: $152,150 - $202,807 based on location; additional incentive cash and stock may be available
