What You'll Do

• Implement rehabilitative, clinical interventions under supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Administer procedures including manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and assistive device support
• Assess patient progress and communicate adjustments to supervising PT
• Document treatments and patient outcomes accurately in electronic health records
• Provide consultation and support to patients, families, and caregivers
• Collaborate with team members to optimize care plans and patient recovery
• Support supervision and training of student therapists as needed

What You Need

• Active State Licensure as a PTA
• Basic understanding of rehabilitative procedures and documentation compliance
• Effective communication skills

• Past experience in Long Term Care settings
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices in physical therapy
