What You Will Do In this role, you will help keep our office welcoming, organized, and connected. Responsibilities include: Greet clients and visitors in a friendly, professional manner and help connect them with the appropriate person or department. Answer incoming telephone calls, assist with general questions, route calls, and take messages as needed. Provide helpful and responsive service to both clients and fellow associates. Assist with routine administrative and clerical responsibilities, including forms, reports, directories, and other office needs. Sort and distribute mail and coordinate incoming and outgoing packages. Assist other departments with projects such as mailings, reports, and other administrative needs. Use Bank systems and resources to help direct clients and visitors to the appropriate associate. Maintain confidentiality and follow Bank policies related to privacy, security, and technology. Help create a positive experience by demonstrating professionalism, integrity, accountability, and respect in every interaction. Build a strong foundation for future growth opportunities within the Bank. Requirements Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent required. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English strongly preferred. Previous customer service, receptionist, administrative, retail, or other related experience is preferred. Previous experience operating a multi-line telephone system is helpful but not required. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Good organizational and time-management skills. Basic computer and office technology skills. Ability and willingness to learn Bank systems, policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
