Physical Therapist Job in Ashland, MA Platinum Physical Therapy is hiring for a Physical Therapist job in Ashland, MA, and we’re looking for a clinician who wants to make patient relationships and individualized care central to the work. We provide one-on-one physical therapy without the use of aides or assistants, giving you 40 minutes with each patient to listen, educate, and adjust treatment in real time. One-on-One Care in the Place Where It All Began Our Ashland location is where Platinum Physical Therapy started, and generations of local families have come through the doors for a wide range of physical therapy needs. Located at the 5K mark of the Boston Marathon and near the Ashland train station, the clinic has a central place in the community. You’ll work with patients across orthopedic, neurological, and pelvic health concerns while helping educate the local community about the role physical therapy can play in their healthcare. The clinic itself is designed to support collaborative, individualized care. You’ll have access to a large open gym and four private treatment rooms, giving therapists room to work alongside one another without feeling overcrowded. The Ashland site is also Platinum’s most diverse location by specialty, with practitioners in orthopedics, pelvic floor, lymphedema, and vestibular rehabilitation working onsite. Along with providing direct patient care, you’ll manage your own schedule in communication with the front desk, participate in continuing education required for Massachusetts licensure, and represent the practice at 1–2 local marketing events each year. You’ll also be expected to maintain clear documentation, complete chart review as needed, and help keep the clinic clean and organized for patient care.
