Valley Foods is Hiring 2 Meat Cutters Full-time Positions We are located at 1702 South Highway 130, Saratoga WY Hours are 7-4 & 8-5 weekdays and 1 day a week is a Saturday. Overtime may be needed at times. Pay based on experience—$16–$25/hr. Meat cutting experience or other food-related experience required. Relocation stipend could be available for the right candidate. Job Duties Include Breaking down large cuts of meat as well as larger sections for steak, grounds, roasts etc. Weighing out accurate final portions Understanding of different cuts of meat and how to prepare them Ensuring the meat is fresh, properly stored and handled according to food safety standards Packaging products for sale Using equipment such as slicers, scales, knives and grinders Curing meat and making sausages Fulfilling custom orders, such as cutting meat to customer specifications Strong communication skills to interact with customers, take orders and provide recommendations Knowledge of and adherence to safety practices to prevent injuries and maintain a clean workspace #J-18808-Ljbffr
