Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA or in Clinical Fellowship (CFY) year
• Previous experience providing speech therapy in a school setting is highly valued
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Ability to develop and implement effective therapy plans for diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students to determine speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop and deliver individualized education plans (IEPs) based on evaluations
• Provide direct, in-person therapy to students across a range of ages and abilities
• Collaborate with teachers, aides, and parents to maximize student progress
• Maintain accurate records and reporting aligned with school and district guidelines
• Participate in team meetings, IEP processes, and professional development
