Data Entry Specialist I

Our client, a national title insurance company, is looking for a Data Entry Specialist to support timely and accurate database management and information processing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform high-volume data entry and system maintenance with a strong focus on accuracy and timeliness
  • Enter raw data and translate information into meaningful records used to evaluate business performance and support decision-making
  • Review documents to ensure all required information is complete and accurate prior to processing
  • Maintain consistent data definitions and naming standards to enhance overall data quality
  • Support daily departmental operations through a wide range of administrative and data-related tasks
  • Follow established procedures and workflows to complete assigned responsibilities efficiently
  • Resolve routine issues using existing guidelines and processes with minimal discretion required
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, external clients, and other stakeholders as needed
  • Work independently under direct supervision while contributing as an individual team member
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
