As a member of the Chick-fil-A of Anderson team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and ensuring the accuracy of orders. Key responsibilities:
Food preparation:
- Follow Chick-fil-A guidelines to prepare and cook menu items
- Ensure all food is cooked to perfection and meets Chick-fil-A quality standards
- Maintain an inventory of food products and communicate with team members to restock as needed
Order accuracy:
- Assemble food accurately based on customer requests
- Collaborate with customer service team to address any order discrepancies or customer concerns
Kitchen organization:
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace
- Comply with food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist in inventory management and report any equipment maintenance needs
Efficiency and speed:
- Work efficiently to meet Chick-fil-As commitment to fast service without compromising order accuracy
- Contribute to reducing wait times and ensuring timely delivery of orders
Teamwork:
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve common goals
- Support fellow team members in their duties to maintain high levels of service efficiency and excellence
Requirements and qualifications:
- Attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Previous experience in cooking or food preparation is a plus, but not required
