Job Title: Asset Protection Coordinator (Eyewear Retailer) – Mason, OH
Location: Mason, OH (100% Onsite)
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Schedule:

• 1st Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (Includes Saturday and Sunday; weekdays are flexible)
• 2nd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM (Includes Saturday and Sunday; weekdays are flexible)

Potential Temp-to-Hire Opportunity Kelly® is seeking dedicated Asset Protection Coordinators to support a leading eyewear retailer in Mason, OH! If you are detail-oriented, reliable, and passionate about protecting people and property, we want to meet you! Responsibilities:

• Detect and investigate theft/fraud
• Conduct safety and facility audits
• Monitor CCTV and access controls
• Prepare reports and maintain evidence
• Support emergency response and hazardous conditions
• Provide training and assist law enforcement as needed
• Operate Command Center and safety dashboards

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years in retail asset protection/loss prevention
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
• Flexible schedule, including nights/weekends
